  1. I love that you have listed Pomerado Hospital {Palomar} on here and as a birthing center {they do have laboring tubs ?}. Dr. Cobb and the nurses there provided me with the best natural birthing experience I believe I could have had in a hospital environment. Any other hospital would have sent me off to the OR for a c-section, but Dr. Cobb and the nurses knew my natural birth goals and helped me make it happen after a 72-hour labor {most of it at home}. They heavily supported breastfeeding and all of my other wishes regarding vernix left intact, newborn procedures, etc. I cannot say enough great things about my experience there and, of course, Dr. Cobb is the BEST!!
